Why does this elevator have KONE KSS 700 Chime and then an Ecodisc Chime? Considering the elevator is a KONE KSS 600, very odd.

Interesting the winding drum machine has a pie plate floor selector. most of the basement winding drum elevators have a floor selector array driven by a chain linkage, located behind the drum. I can see from the video the motor is DC might have an MG set or a DC rectifier in the floor relay controller board or the above the floor selector. Thus the passenger elevator in service has an overhead geared traction?

Their modernization is amazing and I’m super happy and proud that they kept most parts original. Hotel Roanoke did a amazing job with these. Hopefully it will be like that in America
